Trevier Minton began his career in the financial services industry over 13 years ago, starting in life insurance with Transamerica. During his time there, he received extensive training, including completion of the prestigious “Tiger School” for top agents. Trevier consistently exceeded production goals, achieving high-level rankings year after year. However, he soon realized that a single company couldn't fully meet the diverse financial needs of his clients. This insight inspired him to pursue a more flexible path, ultimately becoming an independent advisor with access to a broader range of solutions.
For the past five years, Trevier has worked with Legend Financial, representing over 200 companies to provide tailored solutions for each client’s unique needs. Specializing in retirement transition, distribution, and estate preservation, he is committed to ensuring his clients can achieve financial security while preserving their assets for future generations. Trevier leverages life insurance to address financial gaps, secure estates, and facilitate wealth transfer to heirs. With asset protection and tax minimization as top priorities, Trevier’s work is guided by a dedication to helping clients maximize and safeguard their hard-earned wealth.
Trevier and his wife, Rachele, have been married for 30 years and have five children—Brittany, Mariah, Dillon, Landen, and Hayden. They are also proud grandparents to four grandchildren, eagerly awaiting the arrival of their fifth. Trevier enjoys spending his spare time woodworking, crafting furniture and kitchenware for friends and family, and is passionate about outdoor sports like hunting and fishing. A dedicated member of his community, Trevier volunteers in various local organizations, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and finds fulfillment in giving back through both time and charitable contributions.

Steven J Sandberg
Steve brings 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, holding insurance and securities licenses with Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 designations. His diverse roles include Director of Annuities, Senior Managing Director, Senior Vice President, and President with firms like Professional Planners Marketing Group, Allianz, and his own Paloma Financial Services. In 2018, Steve merged Paloma with Legend to build a new firm alongside longtime colleagues Jon Bussert and Mark Dombroski, leveraging his extensive background in both independent and insurance-company-owned marketing and brokerage firms.
At Legend, Steve specializes in annuities and securities, consulting advisors to grow their practices by creating tailored solutions that meet their clients' unique goals without bias toward specific products. Serving as co-fiduciary, Steve delivers high-touch, personalized service, keeping advisors informed with weekly check-ins on industry trends and firm updates. His mission is to support Legend in becoming the leading FMO for independent insurance agents, registered representatives, and investment advisory representatives. Legend’s approach centers on a “Best Interest Model,” a “Co-Fiduciary” philosophy, and an “Open Architecture Platform” that prioritizes advisor and client interests.
In his personal life, Steve serves as the Ritual Committee Chairman for the Chabad of Palm Beach Gardens. He resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with his wife, Michelle, and enjoys time with their two daughters, four grandchildren, and golden retriever, Emmy.

Mark Dombroski, LUTCF, CFE
Mark has 27 years industry experience specializing in estate and business planning with a strong background in Life, DI and LTC Insurance. He started in the industry as a career agent with MetLife, then moved into wholesaling Life insurance in 1999. His extensive background in advanced markets allows him to provide accurate and reliable solutions for any advanced planning concern and helps Legend advisors increase their industry knowledge, allowing them to work across all product lines. Mark enjoys providing advisors with the products and knowledge they need to present the best options to their clients.
Mark is also active in the Florida Sportsmen’s Conservation Association, a non-profit organization that works with state and governmental agencies to open land for public use. He is a Past President and has served on the board for 27 years.

Michael Jankowitz
Michael attended New Jersey’s Raritan Valley College and Rutgers University and has been in the financial services industry for 18 years. He began his career as an annuity broker for Professional Planners Marketing Group. Over the years, through acquisitions, he worked for Allegiance Marketing Group and Gameplan Financial and used his experience to become VP of Annuity Sales, leading a team of Annuity Brokers and Account Management specialists, and growing his Annuity, Life and Retirement Services business year over year.
At Legend, Michael specializes in annuities and supports field agents by developing strategic case designs to meet clients’ goals. These are often complex financial presentations focused for client delivery. He is ALWAYS available for his agents and works with them as a trusted partner using his industry knowledge to provide the support and expertise needed to achieve 100% client satisfaction.
Michael enjoys working for Legend because it provides independent producers a platform, including a large array of insurance companies and countless years of experience and successes in the industry, that helps create the best solution for their clients.
Michael and 3 children enjoy the beach, parks, and other outdoor activities, and spend a lot of time at kids’ baseball games.
